The self-employed carers that we can match you with can provide live-in care nationally and visiting care in London and North Surrey. The rate of visiting care will be determined by the length of the visit, the day of the week, and whether it is for care during the day or overnight care. There are few other conditions which can affect the pricing such as holiday rates.

It allows flexibility, in that the number of care hours can be increased or decreased depending on the changing needs of the client from week to week.

Cost Breakdown
All the details are agreed in advance so you know exactly how much to pay and what you can expect before you commit to anything.
Initial registration fee
A one-off initial registration fee will be charged once you register with us. This is a lifetime fee which will only ever need to be paid and covers all the administration associated with arranging care for you in as little as 24 hours.
Carer fee
All Fitzrovia Homecare carers are self-employed, so we can provide a recommended carer rate. Your carer will directly invoice you for the care they provide and you will pay them each week.
Agency fee
The Fitzrovia fee is what we charge our clients to ensure that we can provide any help or support to our clients and carers, as well continue to match the client to another carer if there is change in circumstance.
Travel allowance
Travel allowances will always be decided before the visiting care assignment. The carer will charge the client for their travel to the assignment but will no more than the cost of a return second class train ticket from their starting station to the destination in London or North Surrey, or 45p per mile if travelling by car.
Bank holidays and weekend rates
Bank Holiday rates for both carers and our agency fees vary, this is similar across the care sector. Carers are also entitled to charge a small surcharge to their weekend rates.
